Olemme Näyttelijäliiton Yhdenvertaisuustyöryhmä. Ryhmän tarkoitus on kerätä ja jakaa ajantasaista tietoa tasa-arvon ja yhdenvertaisuuden toteutumisesta Suomessa, sekä herättää tietoisuutta monimuotoisuuden tärkeydestä. Tällä hetkellä teemme kyselyä, jossa selvitämme etnisen diversiteetin toteutumista alalla muun muassa rekrytoinnin ja työskentelyn osalta. Kyselyn avulla selvitämme tilannetta ja teemme kehitysehdotuksia.

Vi är Skådespelarförbundets jämlikhetsarbetsgrupp. Vårt syfte är att samla och dela ut den nyaste vetskapen om hur jämlikhetsprincipen förverkligas i dagens Finland och väcka kännedom om mångfaldighets väsentlighet. Just nu håller vi på att skapa en enkät för att utreda hur den etniska diversiteten förverkligas inom vårt yrke bland annat inom rekrytering och själva arbetet. Med enkäten utreder vi situationen och gör utvecklingsförslag.

We are the Equality Committee of the Finnish Actors Union. The purpose of the group is to gather and share up to date information about equality issues in Finland as well as raise awareness of the importance of diversity. At the moment we are working on a questionnaire to examine the state of the ethnic diversity of the industry, focusing on recruiting, employment and working in the acting field. We are using this questionnaire to map out the situation at the moment, and make suggestions for the future.
