SPECIAL SKILLS: Mimicking the melody of Scandinavian languages,, comedy, clownery, classical texts (Shakespeare), Horseback riding, row a boat, farm work
I am a Swedish-speaking actor and drama pedagogue from Åland, based in Helsinki. In addition to theatre, I also work with dance, music, and workshops. I am particularly interested in dance that allows for a more exploratory and poetic approach to movement, for example through practices such as GAGA. My repertoire ranges from Shakespeare to my self-written solo performance BODY TALKS, which explores my own experience of disability.
I am currently developing the performance work Marionetten, which will be presented at Jakobstad Museum in 2027 as part of a collective exhibition on the theme of marginalized bodies.
