Suvi Honkanen

Suvi is an actor and dancer born in Finland and based between Europe and the US. She has studied dance at Helsinki Dance Institute, Boulder Ballet School (USA), Finnish National Ballet School, and Vaganova Ballet Academy in St. Petersburg (RUS). Upon graduation in 2010 she was hired to Finnish National Ballet and continued with the company until 2019, performing in both major classical ballets and contemporary work - winning awards in various international competitions.

In 2019, Suvi started her career as an actor when booking the role of young Winifred Hudnut in the feature film Silent Life starring alongside Sherilyn Fenn and Isabella Rossalini. She studied acting with Marjo-Riikka Mäkelä and Michelle Danner as well as partaking in courses with AAFTA and UCLA. In 2021, she won the award of merit for leading actress for her feature film main role at the 2021 Indie Fest in Los Angeles, California.
