Salvador Esparza Jr. is a Mexican-American actor and theatre producer based in Helsinki, with over 20 years of experience across stage, screen, and voice. A first-generation American of Mexican heritage, he has called Finland home for a decade — bringing an authentically rare bicultural perspective to the Nordic creative arts scene.
Recent screen credits include Ivalo Season 4 (Yellow Film & TV, 2025), Toinen tuleminen Season 1 (Solar Republic, 2024), and an upcoming role in Just Play Dead, directed by Martin Campbell and starring Samuel L. Jackson and Eva Green. A member of the Finnish Actors' Union and represented by Aura Actors, he is committed to building a long-term career within the Nordic and Baltic screen industries.
As a voice artist, he brought to life the role of Red for Rovio Entertainment's Angry Birds brand (2022–2024), both in voice and motion capture, alongside multiple voice-over projects through voice over studios Dictum Studios, VILD Factory, and Book Brothers over the years. He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Salvation Talent, producing English-language theatre in Helsinki.
